I have a problem. I am trying to download this file here
"http://www.iso-ne.com/markets/othrmkts_data/ncpc/ncpc_sum/2010/WW_NCPCSUM_ISO_2010090100_20101013192026.CSV.gz"

The last 192026 is the time they posted it hour 19 min 20 sec 26. I cant find out a way to loop through the time and check to see if the file exist quick enough. The rest of the numbers are the date.

I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions??
