Import Rows from sheet 1 to sheet two based on criteria

I have an invoice log that I use to keep track of our invoices. What I would like to do is have a sheet for each customer or project and import or export (whatever applies) the rows that match either the customer name or project number to a sheet specific to that customer.

Anyone have a solution? My eyes are going buggy from searching the message board.
