Importrange Formatting

I'm using =IMPORTRANGE("URL", "SHEET!A1:E35") to try to condense multiple worksheets into one workbook. I want to update the one book, but have the info update where appropriate on the proper forms in the folders they're supposed to be in.

Currently, when it imports, the formatting and coloring everything needs to be redone, and this is a very tiring process. Pasting formatting only does not work.

How can I mirror pages so the information updated in one shows in the other---without having to reformat the import anytime I do it?
