In time and out Time Calculation

hi,

I have my employee In time and out time report where the In time as an eg:- reads 09:23 and out Time reads 19:54 , I would like to calculate the difference of the both so i can get the time spent in office, please help to get this detail.

With the first in A1 and the second in A2, this in A3:

=A2-A1

All three cells need to be formatted as time.
