incentive calculation

Dear team,
I want to calculate below mentioned incentive data pls help.
Sale is less than 15000 incentive is 30
Sale is 15001 to 25000 incentive is 60
Sale is more than 25001 incentive is 100

Formula from gaz_chops above will work or you could change my formula to:
