incorrect totals in subtotals and pivot table

Is there a trick that will allow me to include the first line of data in my subtotals total and in my pivot table totals when there are no column headings in the file?
 

Excel Facts

Did you know Excel offers Filter by Selection?
Add the AutoFilter icon to the Quick Access Toolbar. Select a cell containing Apple, click AutoFilter, and you will get all rows with Apple
