Hi All,

I am a bit new to Power BI, learning things and implementing them on the job.

I have power BI Pro.

Currently, I have small doubts about the daily collection of the data, in a few of the reports we upload data files on a daily basis.

When I upload new data and refresh my old data goes vanished, I heard about incremental refresh in Power BI but it is not so clear for me.

My expectations ..

  1. I want to replace data file every day, this file will have only current data.
  2. Upon refresh Power BI should keep all old data, take input from new file ( new data) and append.
  3. Irrespective of data file power BI should have all the details in the database (Old Data + New data)

Kindly guide me how I can manage this in Power BI pro online.

Thanks & Regards,

Sanket
