Incrementing cells.

I know that you can dbl click on the lower right hand corner of a cell
and it increments vertically. Can that same feature be used to go
horizontally?
 

Excel Facts

Select all contiguous cells
Pressing Ctrl+* (asterisk) will select the "current region" - all contiguous cells in all directions.
Sort by date Sort by votes
It sure can. You usually need to have at least 3 cells populated with the data you need first before using the FILL HANDLE.
