Keep text within a merged row centered on screen when scrolling horizontally

I have an entire row merged and it has a one-word title. How can I make the text stay on screen as I scroll horizontally? I would like to know if it's also possible to do the same thing with a colum for vertical scrolling.

You can't do it on the sheet.
