Index Match from a sharepoint link

Hi,

I have a shift handover report that pulls data from a plan, see below:

Simply type the batch number in and the rest populates from our plan.

However this plan has recently been made into a sharepoint. How do you pull info from a sharepoint link?

Anyone at all help??

Or will it have to be 2 sharepoint sheets? Can you not link a sharepoint and a normal sheet saved in a filed location??
