Hello, I'm quite a noob so please bear with me...
Please see my attached workbook for reference (Named Ranges: GateIn is from 'time in' on Gate tab, GateTanker is from 'Key' on Overview tab) .
for the "Gate In" and "Exit Gate" fields on "Overview" Tab, I run a index match function to find the times from the "Gate (Guard Shack)" Tab.
However, since there are some instances where the reference have duplicate qualifying values, it only returns the first instance on a match. This results in an inaccurate 'Wait Time' calculation (More than 10 hours wait time). How should I change the formula to show appropriate subsequent matches based on first match encounter, 2nd match encounter etc...
Sorry I am having a hard time explaining...

Which version of Excel is this for? Can you post the sample sheets using XL2BB so we won't have to make the samples ourselves?
