=INDEX(SORT(R3:V81,5),{1;2;3;4;5;6},{1,5})
Row 1 is a name(text), row 2 is a numeric value. This works fine.
But I need to add a single cell value to the value of row 5 cells.

If I just do the following I get the correct value but the name from row 1 gives a value error.
=INDEX(SORT(R3:V81,5),{1;2;3;4;5;6},{1,5})+(B63)

Thanks

What about a small set of dummy sample data (& expected results) with XL2BB so that we have something to test with?

EDITED again

=INDEX(SORT(R3:V81,5),{1;2;3;4;5;6},{1,5})
Column 1 is a name(text), Column 5 is a numeric value. This works fine.
But I need to add a single cell value to the value of Column 5 cells.
