Insert Excel Spreadsheet in Word Documents

When I am inserting the Excel Spreadsheet in a New Word Document it will never show the excel table instead of shoeing the table content I will appear like {Embed Excel.Sheet.12 } and also the field update also no working. I am using office 2019

Please help us to slove this issue
