Insert rows above current row

Spell Check in Excel
Press F7 to start spell check in Excel. Be careful, by default, Excel does not check Capitalized Werds (whoops)
Right click on the row you want to insert above, select insert row, then use the painbrust (Copy Format) buttom - to so this, select entire row, press the painbrush icon and select the row you cant to copy formatting to.

Thanks for the reply. I have a sheet with header of two rows and in the third row I am placing the cursor and trying to insert the row. Not it copies the format from the top row and it has some table border and showing which I does not want this for formatting . Any other way ?
