Im having to separate units designated with numbers, eg. 56, 57, 58, all with different amounts of data per unit, and i need to separate them on a pretty regular basis. it is really time consuming, and i was wondering if there was something that could automate this for me.
example:
58
58
58
58
59
59
59
60
60
how to i insert 2 rows between the different units???
58
58
58
58

59
59
59

60
60

Thanks so much
