Inserting a shape and assigning macros for the query - is it Possible ?

I have 2 Textboxs in the sheet.

and I wand to insert a shape - ( example of shape - star, rectangle ...)

for clearing the text box values.

once I click on the shape then the text boxes should be cleared.
