I have a file on which information about reports is entered every day. I want to change it so the people entering the information can only see the name of the fields and the information they are currently entering. So, basically what I want to do is have all the fields sort of like a form and at the end have a submit button. When the button is pressed, I want the information to be sent to sheet2 (supposing the form is on sheet1). I know this requires programming some VBA code, which I'm not very good at. Can anyone help me?

Excel Facts

Why are there 1,048,576 rows in Excel?
The Excel team increased the size of the grid in 2007. There are 2^20 rows and 2^14 columns for a total of 17 billion cells.
As a start, look at using "Form" from the "Data" menu. It may give you what you want and avoid the use of VBA.

It doesn't - under this method, you would have one sheet with the data and that's it. The form will sit over the top of that sheet (no need for a separate form)

As you update the "form", the data will be automatically updated on the data sheet.
