Inserting object increasing file size

Hi..

I am a having excel which is more than 10mb.. I want to reduce the file size. When I checked excel file I just found file size was increasing because of inserting objects(outlook email) .. How to reduce the file size without removing the object (outlook email).

Depends what else is going on with the file. Try going through the tabs and pressing ctrl+end to find the last used cell. If they are well below any data on the sheet then resetting the used ranges could be useful.
