integrate excel with goo.gl url shortener

I wanted to know if anyone could offer insight into how I could integrate Excel with Google's URL shortening service, goo.gl. We have a spreadsheet with many rows of URL's and I'd like to be able to submit each of these to goo.gl and retrieve the shortened version? Thanks in advance.

What is the fastest way to copy a formula?
