Interquartile range function - which is most appropriate?

Please advise which is the correct function to calculate the upper (Q3) and lower bounds of the interquartile range?

What's the difference, please, between QUARTILE.EXC and QUARTILE.INC - I am struggling to understand.

Thank you.
 

Excel Facts

Spell Check in Excel
