Hello

I am trying to copy an entire row, then insert it just below (formats only), which includes two merged cells. I have tried with the method below:

Rows(ActiveCell.Row).Copy Destination:=Rows(ActiveCell.Row + 1).Insert

(I arrive at the row after Selection.End(xlDown).Select, as I have a section of data further down I don't want to mess with.)

The result is a blank row inserted, but no merged cells, and a Run-Time error 1004, "Copy method of Range class failed". Is there something I can modify in that line of code that will work, without having to add 'select' and 'paste' lines of code?

Thanks,

Mc
