Is there, or are there any plans for an iPhone app for this forum?

Yeah, it is a bit, but I can't see it being worth Bill or Tracy's while.
Be nice if there were an app that brought all my Excel forums together in one place! :)

There IS a MrExcel app out on the App Store, but it is one that I believe only directs you to podcasts and videos (nothing forum-related). It costs $1.99, so I haven't checked it out yet.
