Is it possible to create a static chart that does not change with input data values

Hi everyone

I am new to Excel.
Is it possible to create a chart in Excel that reads off cells once and plot them on a static chart and subsequently any alterations in the data in those cells will not affect the chart at all? I have problems calling 1 single function many times to plot multiple arrays.

Any suggestions or hints are much appreciated
