Hello all...
I want create an excel document that I can link to word. I wish to type in data in excel that will appear in a table in word.

each line of data within excel i want to appear on a new page (i.e. insert a page break within word).

The excel document will basically be used as a database for costing and information whereas the word file will be used to pick the relavent information to produce a specification sheet.

At the moment we have to type the information in twice and it would be great if we could create 1 database that linked to the word document. We use word as the pages can often be image intensive.

Thanks
Paul

Yes! Use "0101011" for the weekend argument in NETWORKDAYS.INTL or WORKDAY.INTL. The 7 digits start on Monday. 1 means it is a weekend.
Hello Paul welcome to the board

Yes you can use OLE for linking data from Excel to Word.

The help files in both should explain it all.

Come back if you have trouble.
