Keyboard shortcut for copy value/formula from cell below (instead of above)

Hi,
Is there an equivalent to the Ctrl+" / Ctrl+' keyboard shortcuts to copy a value / formula from the cell *below* instead of from above?

Not really. You can use Alt+EIU to fill up, or add it to the start of the QAT to use an Alt+number shortcut.
