Labels in VLOOKUP

Hi ...

I use VLOOKUPS a lot and would like to simplify the process of building the tables by using labels rather than column numbers. That way, instead of

VLOOKUP(NAME,LOOKUP_RANGE,COL_#,FALSE)

I could type in the label name and not have to worry about how many columns over it was.

I have turned "on" the "Use Labels in Formulas" option.
