I have a six column spreadsheet (Last Name, First Name, Address, City, State, Zip Code).

When I merge with a Word doc for labels, everything is fine, except only the first page converts. I've tried to set print area. What am I doing wrong? Sandy

Excel Facts

What do {} around a formula in the formula bar mean?
{Formula} means the formula was entered using Ctrl+Shift+Enter signifying an old-style array formula.
do you mean to say when you print the headings are printed only in the first page

click file(menu)-page setupin the page setup window choose SHEET

under PRIN TITLES
in the small window next to ROW TO REPEAT AT TOP
fill that row number. click ok.

I should have 3 sheets of non-duplicated labels on word, but am only getting the first one (30 names).
