G1(No of late)=11
3 late mark count as a full day leave
how can i get the balance leave like
Q1=3 and S1=2(remaining late)

Excel Facts

How to calculate loan payments in Excel?
Use the PMT function: =PMT(5%/12,60,-25000) is for a $25,000 loan, 5% annual interest, 60 month loan.
Thanks for reply

G1= 11
here i can deduct only 3 possible days means 9 late
if i deduct 4 days i need the total leave more than 4*3=12
SO the possible taken leave =3days(3*3=9) that is at Q1=3 and the remaining=11 late-9late=2

G1 Q1 S1
11 3 2
3 1 0
6 2 0
7 2 1
2 0 2
16 5 1

Q1=quotient
S1=reminder
