I created a link list pointing at document masters on the network to make it easier to locate and print them out. Right now when the link is clicked on it launches within the same Excel instance the the link list was opened in. I would like a new instance of Excel to be launched when the link is clicked on within which to open the document master. How would I do that? Here is an example of the current link path that I use:

\\ufci47spa\common$\FULTON\Forms\Filling Room\Machine Weight Sheets\Q-11 Weight Sheet.xls

Excel Facts

Highlight Duplicates
Home, Conditional Formatting, Highlight Cells, Duplicate records, OK to add pink formatting to any duplicates in selected range.
If ou have an icon for excel in quick launch bar, whynot click again
of in all programmes

this mean do not opoen excel file but open excel applciation and then open your file in that. Hope I am not confusing.

Hmmmm....I'm turning my Document launch list into a User Form. I then want the launch to happen in a new instance of Excel. I'm not sure what you're suggesting will help that?
