limits on the cells value?

hi all,
what im looking for is when a cell in column A reaches 5 numbers i need it to skip to the next row.

more explination,
when i enter any values manuly to a cell the cell stays activated with that blinking text mark..
all i need is insted of that is when the number of charectors in the cell reches five ex: 26377, 89748 etc. it should automaticly go to the next row just like if i pressed on the enter button.

Dear,

In XL u can validate to cell to keep 5 values only, But i think skipping to cell to another possible with macro.
