Hello I am trying to create a line chart with the X-Axis being the Months Jan-Dec, and the Y-Axis being the Years with 2024 being at the top and 2013 being at the bottom. I am not sure how to create the graph and still have the data included. I cannot have the year and month be on the same side. Please help me figure out what I am doing wrong.

I'm not sure you can put this on a line. Are you asking for frequency type chart. Have you looked at Histograms, Column, or Bar charts?
Regardless, sample data would be a huge benefit.
