Link a value in a cell to a speedometer indicator pointing value

Hello,

I need to link a value in a cell to the place where the indicator of a speedometer that i created from 2 doughnut charts is pointing...

is there a way to do it please?

Show the supporting data for the speedometer. Your result can surely be calculated from that?
