Linking rows of data from one worksheet to separate worksheet

I am trying to add inspection data to a master worksheet. The data is associated with various colors we scan with a spectrometer in our incoming inspection operation. Color numbers range from 1 to 90 (1 is red, 2 charcoal, etc.). Each row contains, the color number, date, and associated data. What I would like to do is to establish individual worksheets for each color that is updated each time the master worksheet is updated. For example, if 1-red is inspected 11/02/10 and again on 11/29/10; how do I link data from the master worksheet to appear in rows (by date) in the sub worksheet(s)?

Excel Facts

Copy formula down without changing references
If you have =SUM(F2:F49) in F50; type Alt+' in F51 to copy =SUM(F2:F49) to F51, leaving the formula in edit mode. Change SUM to COUNT.
Why would you want data duplicated in individual sheets? For what purpose?

Because the master worksheet includes all dates and color data, and the sub-worksheets only contain the inspection data for that color. This is for quick and comparison reference.

So, wouldn't it be easier to simply filter the data in the master worksheet for whatever color, to see a subset?

And if that wasn't good enough, how about populating the sub-worksheets by macro, whenever subsets are to be viewed? For example via Advanced Filter.
