linking two sheets

the problem is stated as under


Workbook 1

Sheet no 1
A1 b1

Rgno Amount
1 10000
2 500
3 100000
4 50000
5 10000
6 450000
7 45879
8 464646
9 145879
10 150000


Sheet no 2

well in the workbook there r 2 sheets one contain the data which needs
updation (sheet no 1) and the other is the source data from which the data
is going to be updated now the problem is i want that there should be a if
condition or anyother way of linking the two sheets such that the sheet no 1
is updated automatically as the data is entered in sheet 2 the problem is
that in sheet 2 there can be more than one records or cells that have the
same reg no but different amount if u have any query regarding the problem
plzz ask so i can elaborate more
