Links problem

I have two files (File A and File B) in a folder (July).
File B has links to File A to pick up figures.
I want to keep everything as it is in July folder but create a new folder called August and then update numbers in File A and then have File B pick up those figures.
When I copy the folder and call it August and go into File B the links are to File A in folder July but I want them to change to folder August.

Is there anyway of doing this automatically wihtout having to manually chagne the links or do Replace?

Thanks
Dan

Excel Facts

Add Bullets to Range
Select range. Press Ctrl+1. On Number tab, choose Custom. Type Alt+7 then space then @ sign (using 7 on numeric keypad)
If you go to Edit ==> Links it will bring up a list of Links and you can select it and use the "Change Source" button on the side. Then you can go find the new file and it will replace everything for you.
