List of names not automatically coming up

I have a list of 5000 names which is updated regularly, it is linked to an other workbook so I do not have to type the full name over and over again the names should automatically pop up while I am typing.

Every cell in the column has something in it so it should pull the name I am typing but it is not working...can anyone tell me why?
