List of records

Hi everybody !
Since many days i am trying to figure out to get the list of records of customers. I am usin excel 2007. And excel is such a big competitor and a reply to almost every programmer giving results. So why theres not any function to list the records of given name to list the record. If its there plz do help me. No VBA, no VBE & no MACRO.

please use the xl2bb add in to post a mini worksheet of your data.
With what you have.... the forum needs to guess what you data looks like.
