List out only numbers >0

I have a list of values, some of which will be equal to zero, others greater than 0.

I want to scan down the list, and only extract those that are greater than 0.

The pop these into a list.

It must not be VBA as I'm using this list to do other things.

Example is below showing the first list and the second output I want.


Jack Perrin 0
Joe Beaver 10
Sarah Give 0
Susan Bogg 112
Horace Dee 134

I want

Joe Beaver 10
Susan Bogg 112
Horace Dee 134

Use autofilter to hide the zero value rows.

I don't think that works as it not a permanent thing. I want it to be permanent on another worksheet.

It should simply scan down and list out in order, with no gaps just the names with greater than 0 next to them.

I just cannot figure out a way to do it!

If you've looked hi and low then undoubtedly you've looked at the posted link.

Start with your cursor on Sheet2 and then fire up data validation.

1. List range: Sheet1!$A$1:$B$6
2. Criteria range: Sheet1!$D$1:$D$2
3. Copy to: Sheet2!$A$1
4. Check Unique records only

You stated you do not want to use VBA so this is the manual process
