List results

Hi all.

Is there a way for me simulate deleting spaces from a list i.e

If a set of formulae has generated a list of results that have multiple/random spaced cells between them like this...

result

without having to use auto-filter or sorting manually can this show in another set of cells as:

result
result
result
result

I hope I am clear, if not please ask me whatever u like.

I assume you could use a pivottable - but if you need to use formulae, you could try something like this. I have adapted it from a solution provided to me from a previous post.
