Lock - Unlock something strange

Hello all,

I am trying to make my spreadsheet work with protections but I cant!

What I need to do is

1) When excel starts, all sheets will be locked with password
2) Allow insert values and can execute macros (buttons etc).
3) Also, to hide columns but not allow users to unhide and also cant format columns in order to unhide them. <--- this is the tricky one, I know AllowFormattingColumns etc but I cant make it work.
4) With a button to unlock all features to all sheets.
