Look up an excel sheet from outlook

Hi, I have a huge database of items in an excel sheet which i should be able to look up automatically when i receive an email. Is there anyway i can do that using macros.
 

Excel Facts

Move date out one month or year
Use =EDATE(A2,1) for one month later. Use EDATE(A2,12) for one year later.
