Look up name, then column and if within a range bring back the date at the top

Hi there

So I’m trying to figure out a formula. The raw data has a list of names and data of how many leads that did in the month. I’m trying to find a formula that will bring me back the month in which they hit each range.

so if they did =1 lead in October than 10/1/2021, if = 2-3 than date and so on I just need the formula to work to bring back the date of the leads for that person in that column is within a range

If it can’t be done what’s another way to do that

What about you give us a set of dummy sample data and the expected results with XL2BB and then we may have a better idea whether it is possible or not.
At the moment we are really guessing what your data looks like and exactly what you want.
