Can one of you gurus help me out?

I am using Excel 2010 with Windows 7 64 bit operating system.

No matter what I do, I keep losing the format style of the table when I copy paste insert rows into the table or paste rows at the end of the table. When I drag cells down to copy them, I also lose the banded effect. Everything winds up the color of the first cell I use to drag the information down.

I have tried some things that seem to work for a while but then quit again.
I select "no fill" on the table and then clear all formats. The data appears to be in a just regular old spreadsheet. I then click on the format as style button and choose table format. The format stays for a while, then all of the sudden I don't seem to have it again.

Can anyone offer any advice?

I also seem to have lost my default auto calculate. I have went to the Excel Options and selected the calculate automatically, but I cannot seem to find a place where the default is. it seems to be only for the current workbook.

Thanks for all the assistance you always provide.

Repeat Last Command
Pressing F4 adds dollar signs when editing a formula. When not editing, F4 repeats last command.
deleting blanks

Hi everybody, I have another question
How can I delete/hide rows which contain formulas but doesn't contain any text, like they are blanks with formulas. But if something changes in the cells where the formula refers to and blanks changes with text the raws appear automaticly.
Sorry for my English and thanks in advance
