I have loaned my grand-daughter some money to buy a car. I want to help her learn how manage her finances using this loan. We have made a loan agreement and generated a loan amortization schedule. Now I want to send her each month an invoice/statement for the monthly payment. Any recommendation to get a template to generate and manage these invoices?

Excel Facts

What is the last column in Excel?
Excel columns run from A to Z, AA to AZ, AAA to XFD. The last column is XFD.
What calculation are you using to work out the loan amortization ... or haven't you got that far yet?

I found a template workbook that gives me that. What I want to do is create monthly invoices to send to my grand-daughter for each monthly payment. The idea is to teach her about personal financing and handling debt.

Well, surely all the information you need is there in the template. What is about creating an invoice are you finding difficult?

I just wanted a template that would provide a good formatted invoice. If it also would fill-in the monthly numbers, great but not necessary. Since I posted originally, I have created a Word doc that can work. If you have no template suggestions I will press on with that. Thanks

I don't know why you think some kind of already existing template would exist out there ... why don't you just make your invoice in Excel and go from there, instead of building something in Word?
