Looking to Extract the Phone Number From the Data

I am trying to extract the Phone Numbers that are with 7 digits and 10 Digits from the Column A.

If there are 2 Phone numbers in the String then 1st will be go to field "Phone 1" 2nd will go to field "Phone 2".

IF Column A has value like Cell then that Phone Number will go to to field "Cell Phone".

The Data i have is very messy.

I would appreciate if solution can be in any form.
