Lookup formula

Please sir / Madam,

I need urgent help with the below;

I have two tables. I want to be able to search for the ID from a lookup table and return the one that closely matches the date and time of the main table.

Please see sample tables below;

Main table

IDDate timeVlookup Value
10353/14/2021 20:51:56
10353/19/2021 18:30:543/19/2021 20:51:56
