Hey guys--

Alright, here's my problem. I have two sheets. Sheet1 is a listing of part numbers in Column A and part descriptions in Column B. In Sheet2, I have in Column A a bulk list of part numbers from orders, and many of the part numbers are in there more than once. In Column B, I would like to match the part descriptions from Sheet1 Column B. Isn't there a Lookup or Match function that will allow me to do this? I've looked and I've played, but I can't seem to come across the correct answer.

Thanks,

Easy bullets in Excel
If you have a numeric keypad, press Alt+7 on numeric keypad to type a bullet in Excel.
Try in column B of sheet 2.

=Vlookup(A1,Sheet1!$A$1:$B$100,2,0)

Adjust the range to suit the size of the range in Sheet 1, then copy down the formula.
