Lookup Multiple Dates before a specific date

Hi,
I have a specific query in Excel.
Need a formula or a combination of formulas to solve the below problem.

I want to automate my excel sheet, to pick up all or 'x' number of the dates in descending order from another sheet before and on the specific date entered in this the current sheet.
