Lookup ?

Im trying to come up with a way to do a recipe card. I would like col A's selection to lookup in col H and put the correct cost from col J in E

For example, E10 would be .115625.

Any help is appreciated and if you have a better way of doing this I would like to hear it. Thanks in advance, Mike
