Looped list

Hi,

Really struggling with what i believe will be a really simple task. I've not really done loops if that is what is required.

I have a list of email address in column A that i want to select the first 100 use that range to add to outlook sendto. as a distribution list

then repeat for the next 100 until the last row.

Thanks for any help thrown my way.
